Tisk-Task's mission is to help communities distribute tasks among their members, in a fast, easy and intuitive way. Both Alex and Isabel lived in a fraternity during their college life at MIT. They definitely had a lot of fun and loved the experience but, honestly, things were a big mess. Sometimes, food from a week ago was still in the trays outside the kitchen, trash was overflowing and there was no toilet paper.

Sure - there were many attempts to divide tasks among members, and have the house looking nice and clean. Attempts included spreadsheets all around the house indicating the tasks for the month, and daily emails to remind who should be doing each task. But, in practice, it was very hard to keep track of what members had or had not completed. Not to mention how much work was involved in scheduling the tasks...

Faced with this struggle, they looked everywhere for a comprehensive solution, but could not find one. So they decided to build the solution themselves. That's how Tisk-Task was born!
